We are spending a few days together at Villa Fonte Morgana (43.7266N 11.2701E). It is located 20min South of Florence in the heart of Tuscany, so expect to drink some wine (bring that glass charm we made for you!).
We assume most of you will land in Rome from where we will organize a car trip. We will contact you soon for a headcount and will take care of car rentals for this trip.
For those landing in Rome, we meet in the morning and road trip together (departure around noon).
We then all meet mid afternoon at the villa (check-in at 3pm, early birds can drop their luggages from 11am).
Finally we go out for dinner.
We spend the day at the villa.
Make yourselves beautiful and enjoy our chef's lunch and dinner, plenty of wine, and some chill time around the swimming pool.
Lunch will be served at the villa.
Afternoon could be spent visiting Tuscany's vineyards or strolling in Florence streets.
Departure from the villa by 10:30am.
A few of you will head to Rome for their flight back (assume you will arrive in Rome late afternoon so don't schedule a flight too early!) while others may decide to visit italy on their own or enjoy lunch with us.

The dress code for May 4th is "Casual to Semi-Formal, with an italian vibe".
